Do not go here! He takes advantage of people and tells them one price and comes up with another. He’s very disrespectful and rude. His service is terrible I got fixed by him after he increased the price and still needed to seek assistance elsewhere. Very terrible

I’ve been out of a vehicle for a while now when I first called the guy he seemed eager to work but over time I realized that it was really just him wasting my time I made a payment for him to start work on my vehicle (which was a partial down payment) I he started the labor (taking my engine apart which he took home with him) weeks later after no communication he apologized and told me I would need to buy another engine I told him my circumstances and we made a deal (via text) and he never came through so not only am I out of money I can’t do anything with my vehicle because he kept part of my engine and ghosted me when I needed to buy another one and I’ve been calling with no response ever since now he did tell me he had other vehicles he was working on at the moment (which I have been patient and working with him on) but he knew my situation as I communicated it with him and yet it seems like he’s ghosted me with no response not returning phone calls or responding to text messages I didn’t trust the guy when I first met him cuz he seemed to be overly anxious and jittery I tried to move past the judgement but this is completely unacceptable especially when I made a payment already

My daughter is 1400 miles away broke down on the interstate on a Sunday afternoon Labor Day weekend 2 hours from her home. After talking with her and figuring out it was a broken serpentine belt I was able to talk to Robert. He said his base charge was $120. I’m thinking great $120 plus whatever this guy is gonna charge to fix it. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Robert was there within 20 minutes and explained everything he was doing. She said he was a very nice man. When she told me he was charging $150 I figured that was on top of his base $120. Nope. $150 total bill. I can’t put into words how happy I am with Robert’s service. My only regret is that he’s 1 1/2 hours from my daughter. I would definitely use his service again. THANK YOU Robert!!!!

I just moved to Arizona from the Midwest and my car needed a new serpentine belt, my car was stuck in a random parking lot after overheating. We called Robert and he was there within the hour to look at my car. He was very informative and kind towards me. Usually I do not have this experience has a woman getting her car fixed. It usually doesn’t help that my dad will call before hand to tell them what is going on. Robert took the time to explain to me what everything did and what he was going to do to fix it. He even checked out some other things on my car that I was having issues with. His prices were very reasonable, we were quoted three times as much from other places around Gilbert. If you are in the area, PLEASE check out Robert. He is such an amazing and kind human!

I honestly can't see how negative reviews were given to this business... Robert was very responsive... He was punctual... What he quoted me for an hourly rate was exactly what he charged me in time spent on repair... He was knowledgeable and encouraged me to watch him work and talked me thru each step of the repair... I will use Roberts services for other vehicles of mine in the near future...
